Spring Break

Normally we don't do bentos on vacation, but this staycation we have had some day trips and busy days where packing ahead was very helpful.

Monday  - Strawberry picking season is here and as is tradition we had to go visit the farm. This was not only identical for both monkeys but a bit slapdash as I threw it together after the gym thinking they'd eat in the car on the way to the farm.

  In these lunches :

• Peanut butter & Jelly with apple strawberry sandwiches
• Carrots
• Fruity Cheerios for some spring color

Tuesday - Another busy gym morning followed by a sleepover/play date which means they needed to be busy so I could clean up before our guests arrived. Also starting our St. Patrick's Day themes.

Leprechaun Cyberman - For big green monkey

In this lunch :

• Cyberman ham sandwich with carrot hair and string cheese pipes, half mint oreo and rolo Leprechaun hat
• Lucky charms cereal
• Rainbow fruit salad - red apple, orange, banana, green apple, and bluberries

Lucky Lunch - For little blue monkey

 

 In this lunch :

•  Ham 4 leaf clover with veggie straw stem
• Leprechaun hat half of a mint oreo and rolo
• Lucky charms cereal
• Rainbow fruit salad - red apple, orange, banana, green apple, blueberries
